Cancellation and Refund

At Tanishii, we prioritize quality and ensure that all products are carefully inspected by our team before they are shipped. Small variations in the print, including changes in lightness or darkness in certain areas, are inherent to hand block printing. These differences are not defects, but rather add to the distinctiveness and charm of each piece. Also, the texture may vary slightly from the product image due to differences in photography and your device's color settings. 

While we do not offer a return service, we are happy to provide an exchange service if you receive an item that is completely different from what you ordered.

If you notice a discrepancy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once we confirm the issue, we will guide you through the exchange process.
